War Machine / System
War Machine has landed on the 2015 drum and bass scene with a huge impact. His production was noticed to us at Sliced Note Recordings from a recent EP and a track labelled “Bootstrap” on the world famous Serial Killaz label.
Amongst the mass of Jump Up to Neuro and Tech played in club DJ sets, Bootstrap surprisingly sat well in a set and had a massive dance floor impact. Due to this, it was a pleasure to be able to sign a one off exclusive track.
His press attention has also come from DNB Arena, Fried My Little Brain, and April 2015 Mixmag alongside The Prodigy, Spor and Reso as one of the most distinguishable styled artists today. His sound is almost instantly recognisable. Due to this, he has been recently signed to Hospitals Med School Imprint.
With a minimal approach, the attention he has in his music is paramount. This also comes from his creative and original sample packs. He makes his own sounds from various metal objects, scissors, and the sound he produces is admirable.
War Machine has gained support from across the globe including DJ's Hype, London Elektricity, Jaguar Skills, Nu:Tone, Marcus Intalex, Ulterior Motive, Loxy, Bailey, Rene LaVice, June Miller, B.Traits, Doc Scott, Simon Bassline Smith, Cause4Concern, Maztek, Stray, Etherwood, A-Sides, Technimatics, N-Type, Cern, Patife and many, many more.

Underneath the track lays a glistening, shiny and sharp metallic edge. The beat is so vivid, accurate and pumping that it could be a heartbeat begging to survive then there’s the odd plunky little blobs of sound. | System |
